Potty Training Twins
If you have twins or children of a similar age you may feel that potty training them together may seem like a time-saver, but it doesn’t always work out that way, as your children may approach readiness at different times.
A key point to remember is that not all children are ready at the same time [...]
Where Do You Keep Your Toddler’s Potty Seat For Toilet Training?
We have kept ours on the floor or on the trashcan, but I am getting sick of wiping it off for the kids every time. I don’t want to put a hole in the wall, what can I do?? Thanks!

Some toilets come with adhesive hooks. If you don’t want sticky hooks, there is a toilet hanger on ebay that hangs it off of the side of the toilet called Potty Pegs. I wish I got that because I’m still scraping sticky fuzz off of my toilet tank from my old hook.
ReplyWe have a step stool for our two year old to use as well and when she’s done with her potty seat, we put it on the stool and move the stool aside until she needs it again. It keeps everything together yet out of the way for the adults.
ReplyI used one of those removable adhesive hooks from Home Depot and hung my step-son’s cushy-tushy seat on the wall in front of the toilet. He loved being able to grab it when he needs to go, and hanging it back up when he’s done. They have the pull-tab type hooks that don’t leave marks or sticky residue on the walls.
ReplyWhen i potty trained my 4 children, i kept the pot in the bathroom near the toilet!
ReplyI never had a potty seat. My kids all trained on the toilet. Schools, preschools and day cares don’t have potty chairs or potty seats, they have toilets. Some kids aren’t used to the toilets and will wet themselves rather than use the toilets becuase they don’t know how to keep themselves on the toilets. I feel that potty seats/chairs are a waste of time and money.
